Temple University provides you with a Box account to store and share your files and collaborate on projects and assignments. Box is designed as a highly flexible cloud storage service and collaboration tool, but is not acceptable for any institutional data classified "Private".

Do not store any Identity Information like SSN, Driver’s License, Passports, Visa and any other state identification numbers. Donor, Health Information, Credit Cards, Bank Accounts and Student Loan information along with passwords, PINs or security codes should not be stored in OwlBox.

In using Temple University’s technology resources, you acknowledge and agree that you have read, understand, and accept the applicable policies and laws governing the use of Temple University’s technology resources and the protection of data privacy.
